Royal Mail

|
Hell yeah I love Royal Mail!
Well, not that I knew the courier service or something, I just learnt about its existence when I purchased this something!

This morning at my Estimated Departure Time of 0700, I didn't fly. VFR was closed. I've waited until 1000 and decided to inform Rey, my instructor that I'll be leaving for base.

He said he'll fix some of my schedules and cross-check them with Dianne.

So, on my way back, Roque the driver asked, "Are you in a hurry to go back?" and I replied "No, why?" He said he is going to the Air Post Office in the US Air Force City to get some mails. I then told him that I'll just get down with him. I was actually, impatiently looking for my packages. Just right before we left, the clerk read a name from a small package saying "Zellent Low" and I was already smiling.

Now, I'll wait again, with patience this time, for USPS to deliver my watch!

Oman

|
(Yeah, try sipping the coffee with the stirrer!)

Luckily you picked up the phone.
Otherwise... never mind!

Hell yeah, it's your birthday!
Shorty, it's your birthday!

Happy birthday man!
And fuck, you're now a year older.

I'll wait for my turn in exactly two months time. Take care!

I know you're having fun in Oman, so I'll save up the have fun-speech.

Bangkok Dangerous

|
I went out and watched Bangkok Dangerous earlier this evening. It is an exciting movie, well at least it doesn't start with some long and slow boring scenes.

It starts off well, very captivating and attention grabbing until the climax.

(SPOILER ALERT!)

That's when I was wondering, and really wondered what's he gonna do with the gun pointing at himself, aiming it to kill Surat (antagonist) with their heads sticking to each other. I wondered if Kong (protagonist) was gonna somehow shoot Nicholas' gun away, or kill the cops. Well, he stood there and did nothing. This is the ending part.

Overall, I think the ending could be made better. Why so? Watch it and judge it by yourself.

I Miss Them...

|
I've been trying to call Ibrahim on his Omani cell a moment ago but he didn't pick up. I guess he's praying. Strange enough, every time I try to call him, he'll be half-way through his prayer. Sorry! If I knew that you'll be praying that time, I won't be disturbing.

I miss all of them...
I can't believe I'm saying this but I seriously miss National Service... Well, not that I would go back, but I just miss the good-ol-times we spent together, together all the time! I miss home... I miss Malaysia... I feel so lonely here... It's like I'm homeless...

P/S : I was bald headed! Well, I know you can see, okaaay!

Butterfly

|
I saw this yellow thingy flapping its wings outside my room, above the grass. I've decided to take a picture of it.

Did you know that the so-called origin of the name "butterfly" came from the words "flutter by?"

And they have taste buds on their feet!

Now, try to imagine that on human.
Gross!

Nim's Island

|
I finally get to watch this movie! I think it was released around April this year. I can't recall. I've heard a lot about it and I do think it's a great family movie.

It's also very realistic.

Acted by this Little Miss Sunshine, she has grown so much and for an acting of a girl her age, she can act!

She's Back!

ONEs

|
Today. It's been a long ONE year, ONE month and elevens of ONE day from the start of my course.

Today, I did ONE take-off, ONE type-conversion, ONE circuit and ONE landing.

Also, there is ONE movie (Babylon A.D.) that I wanted to watch since it was released ONE month ago but there is no ONE who wants to watch it, maybe because it's with me.

I've bought myself ONE new watch (Tissot T-Touch Expert) and I've waited for ONE week for it to confirm its shipping from the States. That costs me ONE thousand and ONE hundred US Dollars.

I bought something else ONE day ago which cost me ONE hundred and tens of ONE British Sterling Pounds. It took the seller ONE complete day to dispatch it from UK. I guess I can only confirm its shipping after ONE week, at least.

Today, ONE of my best friends sent me ONE text message and ONE email. There is ONE major problem she's facing right now with her abso-bloody-lutely insane ex-boyfriend. I'm glad I was the ONE she texted.

I came back at around ONE, this afternoon and right now, after ONE full hour, I'll be having my dinner at the cafeteria. And since it's Thursday today, the ONE chef who could cook great Japanese and Chinese dishes will be serving at the bar instead of the public cafeteria.

ONE Life to lead, many ONES of Mistakes to make to complete the Life Cycle.

I am missing ONE, and the only ONE country in this world. None else.

Sweet!

|
I was (very) surprised to see the download rate went up so high! It peaked higher until I decided to grab a snapshot of it and that's what I got. Thanks to Google, I've gotten myself the best port to use, best upload and download limits. Don't leech guys, it's a SIN!

Anyway, yesterday night, so many people chatted with me after I added a little information in my MSN's name to

"Zellent : I Miss a lot of People..."

Well, if I knew that earlier, I would have changed it more often and a lot earlier! Just admit it, you people miss me!

Yesterday really was my day! I was really happy. I mean, I started that morning with a 96% (read previous post, in case you have not yet), then it was a lonely, boring day until night took place. I had a long, nice chat with three of my brothers! Well, WS, the second brother didn't reply after a short while. PH, the third and I talked about something that I would never expect him to talk about - his STUDIES! I am so happy for him! "It was a lucky week for him, in which in return, cost him RM50." Then I had some fun playing online chess with WJ, the youngest brother. Of course I won the game, don't ask! Hahaa!

It's a shame we don't usually do that but I guess coming over to Philippines does have its advantages! Also, I talked to my 5th Aunt, Mohamed's Mum and surprisingly, we discussed bout many stuff!

Sonali is coming back this Saturday from Russia! Good for her, finally.

I miss my Lovely FAMILIES...
I miss M.O.I....
I miss Nottingham and the Notti Kids...
I miss National Service and the NS Bugs...
I miss Seri Suria and the Sweet Royalties...
I miss Kajang High School and the Smartasses!
I miss Kasturi Tutor Centre and the Friendly Strangers!
I miss YOU PEOPLE!
I do, I DO...

P/S : YOU ARE IN THE LIST, DON'T DOUBT! By the way, thanks for missing me, I appreciate it, a hell lot!

I Love...

|
I love beeeers!
I guess they helped a lot last night, with the mooncake of course!
Hmm, do I love aircraft? Maybe?
No, I don't love reading by the way.

Anyway, I exceeded the passing score of 70% and I got myself a 96%!

Woah, I was so panic before the exam because, I was practically "partying" last night until about 2 in the morning. I was so worried because I didn't read anything at all in the given two free days so I stayed up, googling the stuff that I should know about this new aircraft that I'll be aviating. Effort paid off, I guess...

P/S : So sorry to Jopat and Mac, and also Cheston. It's not my fault that I was lucky during the exam, alright? It was really, pure luck.

Mid-Autumn Festival

|

I went out of my room, planned to get some fresh air and to my surprise, I saw Rosie!

Her room is like four rooms away from mine. We chatted for an hour and more and Bensie Tan offered me a Moon Cake!

Talked a lot about many things with them and what's good of moon cake without beeeeers?

Yeap, we drank and talked and smoked and it was great! At least, I didn't feel so alone, alone.

Thanks SookLee, you've been very nice to me ever since, ever since, ever since we knew each other!

P/S : Cessna 152 EQC (Equipment Qualification Course) Exam tomorrow! Hope the beers help!

Sky Kids

|
"Sky Kids" is its international title because "Flyboys" clashes with another movie in 2006, lead male character by James Franco.

Anyway, this movie is not bad! Well, the part when the "kids" landed the aircraft is absolutely not realistic but other than that, the movie is enjoyable. Another thing is, I can't believe that the blonde boy (picture; right) is at my age! He looks so young! I guess that's the power of make-up and stuff like that...

Never Back Down

|

I have finally watched this movie. It's a really great movie! I just can't wait for "Forever Strong" to be released!

This movie is about "fights" and I think this is one of the most memorable movie of the year.

"Win or lose... Everyone has their fight."

Another Cinderella Story

|
Well, I watched it today and yes, it's just like another typical Cinderella movie. The memorable scenes in this movie are the dancing scenes. It's actually more like a dancing-Cinderella movie. Bad point is that the main characters, Selena Gomez (I've seen her somewhere, I just can't recall where...) and Drew Seeley have like TEN years of age gap! It's really obvious that she's very young and he's a hell lot older. Anyway, the most important thing is that they each managed to capture the personalities of their holding characters. Not bad... I enjoyed this movie.

P/S : It is supposed to be the sequel of "A Cinderella Story" but, I can't see any relation between them!

The X-Files : I Want To Believe

|
I remember watching its series like ten years ago! Couldn't recall much but I know it's a good Sci-Fi series. The movie is not bad too! I enjoyed it.

You Matter...

|
ZENGIE

Well, what can I say? I wouldn’t be such a bastard to expect more from her because she’s already the best. Being a year older than her has never been an obstacle for us to continue blooming our beautiful friendship to the next level. I have to say, even though we don’t have many things in common; other than having the initial Z in our names and the interest of collecting Coca-Cola, we could still talk, really talk.

It’s never easy for anyone at all to find a person, a companion, a listener and most importantly, a friend who you can relate to directly or indirectly, in a way or two. Sometimes, when I’m troubled by any conflict, I would tell her and ask for her experience-based advice. I strongly think that she’s happy to listen and speak up to me. This is not one sided for I was very glad that she told me something too; something that could jeopardize her safety, to me without awareness or hesitation. This proves that I’m not just a friend, I’m the friend. Right Zeng?

Friends around her can be easily cheered up by her and I’m of not exemption. She has the IT factor that makes her so special and individually unique. She’s definitely not that kind of person who would change herself just to fit in into a bunch of friends. But when she does, this can only prove that the said bunch has a serious worth for her to do so.

She chooses her friends and I don’t think it’s a bad thing. On contrary, I think it’s a wise action because she will only pick those who can’t and will not hurt her, physically and emotionally. In this case, I’m grateful that I’m selected.

Long before I sent her my party invitation on the 16th of August, I’ve had the plan to throw a party and asked my blog readers for their opinions. She was the first one to confirmed her attendance. From that, I know that no matter how busy she will be with her plans and studies, she will attend my party. Moreover, the mentioned party has no decided date, and she clearly knew that. A day before I left for Philippines, on the 16th of August, I remember her saying that only people who really matter will attend my party. Hell yeah, she’s damn right about it.

Here, I have to apologize to her for not being able to attend her 18th birthday party and sorry that the last one I attended was her 16th’s. Also, it’s a shame that we were not able to catch up lately but I believe, we will have the time for it soon.

I don’t usually call someone up all the way to Malaysia but to some special friends, I wouldn’t think twice. I called her up during her 18th birthday and I can sensed that she really wanted me to be there. I did that not because she was the first one to send me a birthday wish last year but because I do miss her, very much. I miss having her by my side.

She is such a supportive soul to me.

There are many more things that I can’t write and can’t possibly express them completely through writing. I know she understands me and that’s more than enough.

For being my friend,
I L♡VE YOU.

P/S : Many thanks to this ‘middle-man’ who bridged our very well-treasured relationship. I guess it’s only Zeng and I who can figure out who that person is!

One-Week Updates

|
Things can always get worse. They might appear pretty initially but no, nobody can guarantees their beauty to last.

It's been a week since I last updated my blog and I couldn't believe that the first update-post would be of a bad-news genre.

The weather changes, just like love. Scratch that...

Anyway, the weather forecast says that there will be a typhoon hitting the Philippines soon. Soon as in a day time to a week. And this week, the weather is bad. Well, at least bad for flying.

Another bad news is...

I'll be flying my LAST flight with Clark Aviation tomorrow! Then, not anymore!

Well, not anymore, ANYMORE, just that eight of us will be transferred to OMNI AVIATION, our "neighbor" to resume our flying to fast-pace the core-flying of both Batch 005/07 and 006/07.

I hope this transition will be regarded as a good thing. Good as in, making us more flexible in flying different types of aircraft in the future and, like what Cheston said, from low-winged to high-winged aircraft, I won't be getting anymore tanned! I'm happy with my color okay...

Tomorrow will mark a very historical day...

Mating Season?

|
First, it landed on my finger...

Then, its huge family appeared outta nowhere! It's been long since I last spotted this many of dragonflies!
