Twilight Saga?

|

Weeks ago, I was looking for some important books in a bookstore but unfortunately, I couldn't find any. After that, I passed by this corner of new-arrivals and they were promoting "New Moon" by Stephanie Meyer. Not just that, there were packages made for her complete Twilight Saga consisting Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Like usual, even though I not such a super fan of novels, I bought them... Picture above shows the four books. Sigh... I did the same years ago when the Da Vinci Code came out as movie. I bought Dan Brown's package of four novels, included Angels and Demons. Hehehe, I knew the movie was gonna come!

Well, I've heard a lot about this movie, or rather, this novel. Sad to say that I haven't been exposed to its original story but even so, from many reviews that I've read, I think the movie is a blast. Not much of a disappointment, I guess.

Anyway, I personally think that the movie is interesting in its own ways, from its cinematography to its casts. The special effects are a little corny but acceptable, at least, I get the point!

At times, Sonali, Ibrahim, Jeffrey and I got a little bored through the 2-hour movie, really...

Maybe, I should read the book instead!

I Love...

I love beeeers!
I guess they helped a lot last night, with the mooncake of course!
Hmm, do I love aircraft? Maybe?
No, I don't love reading by the way.

Anyway, I exceeded the passing score of 70% and I got myself a 96%!

Woah, I was so panic before the exam because, I was practically "partying" last night until about 2 in the morning. I was so worried because I didn't read anything at all in the given two free days so I stayed up, googling the stuff that I should know about this new aircraft that I'll be aviating. Effort paid off, I guess...

P/S : So sorry to Jopat and Mac, and also Cheston. It's not my fault that I was lucky during the exam, alright? It was really, pure luck.

This is the follow-up to The Kite Runner, also by Khaled Hosseini. It might not be the latest book, but, who cares! I don't know what's happening with me right now, I keep buying books after books! I've never fond of reading and now, I can't stop doing it! It's so addictive and these two books by Khaled are what I call, a-must-read!

Also, many for-adult novels from Neil Gaiman are so amazing! I guess it's never too late to start reading! Anyone to recommend anymore great authors? I know there's a bunch of people who really love books out there! Don't be shy :)
