New Chapters

|
My life here has been nothing more than misery. Though, I did not, do not and will not give up! YES, I just said (typed) that!

Anyway, I'm here to collect words of encouragement from y'all.
What I mean is that I will begin to open a few of new chapters in my life.
Which means new goals to be achieved.

I BELIEVE I CAN DO IT.
I DO.

Three chapters to be precise.
I do not wish to tell you the full details first before I can finally prove myself.
But, the hints are-

First chapter : Something to do with Air, Fucking-retarded (supposedly) well-respected bunch of People and the Government.
Second chapter : Something to do with Strings, Sound and Patience.
Third chapter : Something to do with the Whole Universe and Precious Moments.

Thank you for your support and encouragement (if any, ever).

Untitled

|

Waking up few days ago, I was stormed with deep thoughts.
Thinking, "Who are my friends?" in confusion.
The real ones, I meant.
And, am I considered a friend? Am I the good one then?
Thus, I was thinking to blog about this.
To find my real friends.
But I can't seem to think of any main title.
Yes, it will be 'Untitled'.

Something I extremely love about friendship, the love and care.
Without any whatsoever, conditions or limits.
Some, might feel that it is all about give and take.
In my case, I would rather not give nor take.
For there will be greater consequences.

So what if I have close friends in my short period of life?
Back to when I was in Nottingham, I mixed fairly well with some.
Some, who are mostly from the Bio-Science Faculty.
Immediately, I felt belonged, again.
But... Yes, there is a but...
These peers do not live on a permanent basis in a same place.
They are very well spreaded around Malaysia.
Malacca, Port Dickson, Johore, Northen KL, just to name a few.

Now, I'm here, in this international aviation institute.
Having more globalized friends.
Expanding my network of friendship.
This time, worse.
They are spreaded all around the world.
Singapore, India, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon and Romania.
They no longer sound foreign to me anymore.

Let's say one day, if my car would to break down in the middle of no where.
Whose name is the one that will first pop out in my mind?
Who am I going to ask help from?
I can't name any.
Fact is, I do know who will be reaching out their hands for me.
Whenever I need any help in any form.
But still, who can stay in other's life forever?

I can't bare this anymore.
Separation, for me, is the worst feeling.
I do think that most people need at least ONE friend to support them.
Support them and being supported at the same time.
Till the end of life.
I'm not different from them.

Soon, very soon, I will be out there working in this young age of nineteen.
Twenty, to be considered the maximum age of my first job.
I believe I can survive, alone.

In this field of aviation, especially, people come and go.
Easily, in just at matter of a blink of eye.
Who will stay for you?
Can friends you met when you were a teenager see you getting married?
Having their children playing with yours?
Come to think of it, it would be the most ideal form of promise.
Promise between friends.
That is to live life together, and to see each other end it.

I still remember how lively my life was when I was in National Service.
New-met friends stayed with me for merely three months.
Doing almost anything that could be done together, together.
Genders were not an issue because we weren't very conservative.
Nurturing our friendship with joy and sorrow.

How well people from KL, Selangor, Perak and Kelantan itself, mixed.
Was still unbelievable.
On the last day of our training, March 11, was simply remarkable.
It was the day when most of us were trying to save our friendships.
Bonds they were trying so hard to keep it strong.
Knowing it may loosen up by time.
Without the presence of those friends around.

Shit, I can't seem to sort my points orderly!
This is so fucked up...
But I hope things that I wrote up here are understandable.
And are fully expressed.

Who can be my friends for life?
Who will be?

Comment (not on cBox) please, to support my perspective.
I will be happy to find someone who has the similar point of view.
Thank you.

Hopes for a Better New Year!

|

It was a great start for a new year.
Until things turned up-side-down back here at Clark Base.
What can I do, tell me.
Sighs...

Anyways, I still have little hopes for the year.
Was thinking of some achievable small goals.
Such as, to get my Multi-crew Pilot License,
Gain a little more weight,
Perhaps a little more height too.

Those are small ones.
Big ones are like...
To be offered a good job at good place,
Improve my relationships with families and friends,
And...
I think I should stop now to avoid greater disappointment.

For my readers/viewers, thanks for supporting.
Every count does count for me!
I do hope the goals you've made can be achieved.
(With efforts of course!)

For the buggers, thanks for bugging too!
You guys made me learn more, more from you!
Please stick to my blog so that I could learn more.
Lessons from you guys are so unlimited!

*Yawn*

I should get some sleep now.
Night =)

Thank You

|

One word, THANK YOU. Wait, were those, two words? Haha!

Okay, I guess they are two words.

*ahem*

Really, I mean it… Thank you my friends who are still concern about me and constantly ask about my studies and my situation here in the Philippines. I appreciate all your lve and I’ll make sure I will never waste your care on me.

By the way, I’m actually writing this post offline because my dorm here has a really bad connection and I’m sick of writing this shit sheet of post over and over again.

Alright. Before we go to “My Studies”, I’ll brief you on how we do things here.

All the systems used here are computer based. So, basically they can (and will) track all of your activities on the computer (even your laptop) that you logged onto. Each and every student (we call it cadet, actually) here will have a personal computer on his/her desk in the class. Too bad, these computers are not for gaming, chatting, email-checking, whatsoever but are strictly, only for studying. There’s a program where we must log in and complete a sum of hours allocated. If we failed to complete these hours before our test (usually there’s a progress test everyday, and trust me, it’s NOT easy) we are not allowed to take the test. So far, my batch has not tried it yet (well, it’s the first week, everyone is damn hardworking) and hopefully we will never have to tried it.

My Studies.

Actually, I have nothing much to write about my studies. Basically, there are 13 subjects I would have to study really hard for and all of these take only about 5 months. Yesterday (08/10/07, Friday) was graduation day for Batch 002. Congratulations guys (and girl)! The batch has a girl and… 4 guys ONLY. Five in a class for a batch, not bad huh? Well, now that they’ve completed ground school, they’re ready to fly! When I think about it, hm, it’s gonna be my turn real soon! Hopefully nothing stops me from achieving my goal, this time! That’s it for now. Click to enlarge the pictures below. Some were taken really badly, once again thanks to my shakey hands. Regarding the Batch 002 Graduation Day, I will post some pictures soon with one of which will be in the newspaper.

First, click on 'My Courses' to start. The then displayed is as below.

There is a total of i-forgot-how-many (I think 24) weeks and the lessons varied from week to week. In my first week, I could have been studying subjects of the other week. Let's take my course as an example. I'm only in my first week, why is the box next to 'Week 03' is blue in color? This is because there's a subject, Meteorology listed in Week 03 and it's on my schedule. So, I have to click on it but doesn't mean that I've skipped a few weeks. (see below for the indication keys)

Now, how do the managements track us for our hours of time spent? See below.

First, you click the return button (middle of the upper right) and click 'My Reports'. Then choose 'Lesson Training History' and the screen will appear as below.

After checking the hours spent, I have to fill them up in the form below. Phew, finally finished the story.

The pictures of my class will soon be posted as well. Thanks for the time. Au revoir!

I love you, 2nd Aunt!

|

My second aunt from my mother side sms-ed me on the 01/08/2007, 12:04 AM.

Below was what she has sent.

"上帝祝福你去到那边平安喜乐!"
(Translation: God (Jesus, in this case) wishes you to have a peaceful journey (to the Philippines) with joy!)

Well, to be polite and respectful, I replied her message saying:

"谢谢你!!我一定会记得你对我的关心!"
(Translation: Thank you!! I will remember your care for me!)

To have people care for you is your luck not their job. But if you decide not to enjoy such luck, you're a real
FOOL. No offense and no apology; this is what I truly feel. You might as well consider passing that luck to me since I don't mind having more of them. Think again...
